This Privacy Policy explains what information Prompt Helper (https://prompt-helper.com) collects when you visit the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account or submit personal information to read our content or use the free in-browser Prompt Builder. The free Prompt Builder composes prompts locally in your browser; the text you type into the standard form is not sent to or stored on our servers.

If you sign in to use premium AI features, we use Google OAuth to receive your Google account email address, display name, and profile image. We use this information to create a session, gate premium access, prevent abuse, and provide the AI Brief Assist feature.

When you use AI Brief Assist, the rough idea or brief you submit is sent to our server-side AI endpoint and then to OpenAI to generate structured form suggestions. Do not submit secrets, private client data, or sensitive personal information in AI prompts.

We collect standard, non-identifying usage data automatically — such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser type, and device — through the analytics and advertising providers described below.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies to run analytics, measure and serve advertising, and understand how the site is used. If you sign in, we also set a secure session cookie so the premium AI feature can recognize you. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising as described below.

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

You can disable cookies in your browser, use private browsing, or opt out of personalized ads using the links above. If you have signed in and want your stored session/account record deleted, contact us at the address below. For provider-held data, use each provider's controls linked above.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
